Hi, I’m Rosana. I help women with trauma move forward by learning to cope in healthy ways, increasing motivation, and getting things done to live the life they desire. My clients experience change over time in therapy through increased productivity, ability to manage their depressed and anxious mood in healthy ways, and feel better about themselves. For almost 20 years, I’ve worked with women who are unmotivated, depressed, anxious, and avoid working through their trauma. My clients see me on a weekly basis for support and skills to help them feel better. I teach coping and mindfulness skills as well as how to incorporate self-care into your lifestyle. Therapy doesn’t have to be scary or difficult. We will work on your pace and level of readiness to address your past. It can feel like a relief and accomplishment when you see where therapy can help take your life.
